Move-In is Tuesday, August 18 and a comprehensive Parent Orientation is presented all day on Wednesday, August 19 . If booking a hotel, parents typically book for Tuesday and Wednesday evenings, with Thursday as a travel day.

Additionally, parents who are able are invited to attend the Mass of the Holy Spirit on Sunday, August 23.

Fill out the Parent Reservation Form, found on the back of the Lime Green Student Reservation Form in the New Student Mailing Packet, and return to the Orientation Office by Friday, August 1.

Return the white form accompanying Fr. Hogan's invitation and return to the Orientation Office by Friday, August 8.

Can my student move-in to their Living Learning Center before August 18?

No, the Office of Residence Life is preparing rooms in the Living Learning Centers until immediately before Move-In begins at noon on Tuesday, August 18. Unfortunately, they cannot accomodate any exceptions to the zip code schedule.
