Alumni and their incoming legacies will be invited to this annual event, hosted by the Office of Alumni Relations.
Meet the Doctor - 2nd Floor Lounge Area, Duquesne Union
10:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
Power Center Ballroom (Parents with last names A-L)
Rev. Sean Hogan, C.S.Sp., Executive Vice President for Student Life, will speak directly to the parents. Following his presentation, a Question and Answer session will be facilitated in the same location.
Duquesne Union Ballroom (Parents with last names M-Z)
Dr. Frederick Lorensen, Director of Freshman Development and Special Student Services, will welcome parents with an overview of services available to first year students. The Orientation PTAL chairs will then host an informative “student perspective” session of life on our Bluff, allowing time for questions to be asked.
The Office of Admissions will then host regional break-out meetings throughout the Duquesne Union in order for parents to network with others from their hometown.
11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
Lunch
Lunch will be provided in the Power Center Ballroom and Options Dining Center.
