I'm originally from Reading, Pennsylvania, but am now glad to call Pittsburgh my home. Hello and welcome to the Duquesne Family! My name is Sara Sevald and I am one of the Staff Coordinating chairs for Orientation 2009. I am a senior and double majoring in secondary education and mathematics. Originally from a small town in Ohio called Burton, I came to Duquesne and the heart of the city to experience something completely new. I am highly involved with my sorority and work in the Curriculum Center in the Gumberg Library when I am not attending class or attempting my math homework! I love Duquesne and Pittsburgh, and I know you will too! I am so excited to be a part of a wonderful organization and look forward to meeting and spending time with you in August!
Hello everyone and welcome to Duquesne! My name is Amber Williams and I am a junior mathematics education major, as well as one of the Staff Coordinators for Orientation 2009! I am from Irwin, Pennsylvania, but I love living on Duquesne's campus. I enjoy leadership organizations, musicals, singing, and dancing. On campus, I try to be very involved with our performing arts groups. I also participate in both honors and professional organizations.
